US Shipping
I (JD) have noticed a few people in the comments who are very upset with how the shipping process has gone so far, so I wanted to clear some things up. First of all, I am upset too. Trust me, we want you to get your products as quickly as you do. We did not plan on shipping taking this long, but we did choose our shipping partner so it is ultimately our responsibility and we apologize. Secondly, a few people accused us of being intentionally vague. We are not being intentionally vague, we know as much as you do and have always told you everything we know. Our shipping partner hasn't met expectations, and they have done a poor job updating us- the communication with them has been very muddy and very frustrating. However, we have made some calls and they should now be updating us daily with more details. Lastly, we asked you not to contact our support team regarding shipping because we truly believe you will get your products very soon, and because we can only handle so many tickets. Our support team cannot do anything to get you your products sooner, and any new information will always be updated here first. Thank you for your patience, I really appreciate it.

Shipping Update 10.22

This may be a slightly long and technical message, just a warning... :) Here is a shipping update by region!
NOTE:Please try to avoid contacting our support team regarding shipping information right now. We want to focus all of our support resources on product-related issues. We will post an update once we are confident all items have been delivered, and if at that point you still haven't received your package, please contact us then.
USA:
Because of the very large number of rewards going to USA, we split this shipment into two batches. Batch 1 got through to USPS without much of a problem. It did take some time, but all of those packages are well on their way to the final destination, if not already arrived. If you have received your reward you are likely part of Batch 1. Batch 2 on the other hand got stuck in customs for unknown reasons. We provided all necessary documentation and now those are being pushed into the USPS distribution center. I know that we had originally said you would receive them by October 22-23, but that was without customs issues. Unfortunately I cannot provide an exact date when every single reward will land, but as soon as USPS receives these packages it will be somewhere between 2-8 business days until it reaches your mailbox. If you would like to have a more up-to-date timeframe on the delivery you can sign up for free text message updates at USPS.com.
EU:
We shipped out all EU rewards immediately following USA. This shipment reached UK last week, and is also being pushed into each countries postal service. Unfortunately I did hear that there was a strike going on in the UK which has caused a slower delivery, but we are hopeful things will move smoothly going forward. As with the USA orders, don't worry if you see it stuck in customs for a few days. This is not a problem, and is just part of the process of delivering over 4,000 EU rewards.
Australia and Canada:
Australian rewards were shipped out last week and are on their way to the courier. Please allow some time to clear customs and inject into your local post office. Canada rewards are being picked up by the airline this week and being shipped direct to YYZ Airport in Toronto. These will then go through customs office and be distributed, so please allow 5-10 business days to receive more specific updates on this.
Rest of World:
Although we specified in our campaign that we would only be shipping to a very specific list of countries, there were still close to 2,000 backers to placed their pledge in over 80 additional countries. Please note that we are doing our very best to accommodate for this and appreciate your desire to be a part of this campaign. These rewards will be shipping out in the following week, so please allow some time for each of those to reach the final destination.
A few other things to note:
There are still over 1,500 backers who did not complete their survey, or did not complete it on time. Please note that these rewards will have to be shipped out once all rewards mentioned above have shipped. If you are having trouble finding your survey please click on the corresponding link to direct you back to it.

Hi everyone! We’re so happy to see most of you receiving your Kickstarter rewards, and we’re grateful for those of you who have taken the time to share feedback. As for those of you who haven't received them yet, thank you for your patience. The fulfillment center is working as fast as they can to ship all rewards out. FOR US BACKERS: All rewards have shipped and are on the way to you. It may look like your order is frozen in Tennessee or Chicago, but USPS has done a terrible job updating tracking information for all of our backers. Please be patient and allow a few more days for your products to arrive - it is likely they will show up without a tracking notification. Australian rewards should be landing in Melbourne today, and Canadian rewards will be shipping out today or tomorrow. The rest of the world will be shipping out soon after that. Please try to refrain from contacting our support team regarding shipping information, as we have hundreds of tickets and only our small team answering them. Your products are on the way and will be getting to you very soon.

OHSNAP LUXE
We have seen a few instances of the magnets falling out of the LUXE version. To avoid this, follow the gifs below when installing and using the LUXE. If your magnets have fallen out and you need a replacement grip, please CLICK HERE and fill out the form.
1. When installing the Ohsnap LUXE Grip, don't separate the steel ring, just apply it directly to the clear sticker or case.
2. When removing the Ohsnap Grip, pull from the very top of the band. Try to get as close to the top as you can.
SNAPCHARGE & WIRELESS CHARGING
If you’re having issues with Snapcharge, it’s likely because of one or a combination of the following 4 reasons. Please confirm all 4 reasons do NOT apply to you before reaching out to our modest support team :)
1: Phone Incompatibility - First, Google and confirm your phone is capable of wireless charging.
2: Power brick and connections - We recommend using a 15W power brick, but the brick that came with your phone should also work fine. To achieve the Max power, the wireless charger should use an adapter with QC 3.0 protocol(5V=3.5A 9V=2A 12V=1.5A) A less powerful brick will charge slower and create more heat. Confirm connections are solid. Tip: you’ll know power is passing through properly when your Snapcharge cord lights up at the end (the part that attaches to Snapcharge).
3: Off-centered grip - It’s vital that the Ohsnap Grip, and Snapcharge, be perfectly centered on your phone for wireless charging to work. Please watch the tutorial video at ohsnap.com/tutorial to learn how to center the grip on your phone.
4: Case Thickness - Lastly, a case that is too thick is likely to interfere with Snapcharge. If your case is thicker than 3mm, at best it’ll charge slowly and at worst, it won’t charge at all.
Snapcharge USB-C Cable
We’ve received some feedback regarding the 90 degree magnetic cable on snapcharge. We made the switch from the original cable in an effort to provide the best possible customer experience. With that said, in no way are you limited to the cable we’ve chosen. You can still use any standard USB-C cable of your choice; all you have to do is take the magnetic receptacle out.
MagSafe
We just got in Apple MagSafe products and tested them with the Ohsnap grip, please watch the video to see what we currently know about MagSafe compatibility.
BALL ADAPTER
A few of you have mentioned having difficulty removing the ball adapter from Snapcharge, but there is a simple way to remove it: just push from the side!
