Hey everyone! We have created two videos that will teach you everything you need to know about the Ohsnap grip! The installation tutorial shows you how to apply the grip to your phone and will ensure a much smoother experience out of the box, while the How It Works video goes over a bunch of usability tips & tricks.

Hi everyone! 

NEW SHIPPING UPDATE: Most orders will be in transit to US backers between October 5-8 and may take up to 14 days to arrive. If you don’t receive your package by October 22nd, please feel free to check in with us. All other countries apart from USA will ship right after USA orders (3-4 days).

Our plan was to ship out all units by the end of this week because the fulfillment center claimed they could pack 4,000 orders per day in order to get all of your rewards shipped before the Chinese Golden Week holiday that starts tomorrow. Unfortunately, they weren't able to meet the timeline they had given us, so they will be working sporadically throughout the holiday week in order to make sure your rewards arrive as soon as possible. We apologize for the delay, we told you the timeline they gave us and thought that all orders would be shipped by the end of the week.

Hey everyone - Dale here in what I believe will be our final update video for this campaign. The past few months have been absolutely crazy, but we’re now at the home stretch and I want to thank each of you for your support during this challenging time.

Your grips, snapstands, snapchargers, snapmounts and snapcars are about 90% complete. As of right now, everything is scheduled to be picked up from our production facility to make a quick trip to our fulfillment center in Hong Kong this Friday. From there, orders will begin pick and packing, which will take a little more than a week to complete. Altogether we have almost 30,000 unique orders to fulfill which unless you’re Amazon, takes more than a couple days to process.

Most orders will be in transit to you by the end of September. However, there might be a small percentage of orders that get shipped in the first week of October. So, please do me the favor of waiting until October 7th before you email us asking where your tracking number is. Our support team is modest, and it’s 30,000 of you interacting with a small handful of us. If October 8th rolls around and you haven’t received an update or a tracking number from us, then please do contact us.

Overall, this was a tremendous effort taking the careful cooperation of dozens of people spread out across the globe. Travel restrictions made this a bigger challenge than we thought, but in the end the products are amazing and i’m so excited for you to see them for yourselves.

In preparation for your product to arrive, we’re going to be posting some unboxing/tutorial videos soon that I really encourage you to watch. So please keep a look out for those. Thank you!
